SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days
- United States, Canada, UK & Europe: 10–25 business days
- Asia (Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia): 7–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days
Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum spend required.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays Delivery times are estimates only. Urban Flex is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
